Pascall Group was engaged by Patterson Building Group to complete the civil works associated with the construction and additions to the RSL Lifecare retirement village.

Scope

The scope of works included:

  • Early works package including bulk earthworks and construction of contaminated material encapsulation cells. Large cut to fill operation completed to reshape site.
  • Detailed excavations for all structures.
  • Pavement construction including subbase, base and asphalt wearing course layers.
  • Installation of a stormwater drainage network including OSD tanks.
  • Kerb and gutter works including traffic islands.
  • Erosion and sediment controls thoughout works.
  • Internal plumbing rough in for each unit.
  • Landscaping works including topsoiling, turfing and planting.
