Pascall Group was engaged by a private client to complete residential subdivision works at a property in Berry.

The scope of works included:

Extensive tree removals.
Decommissioning of an existing pond. Included high level environmental controls and testing.
Bulk earthworks to fill dam.
Subgrade preparation and pavement construction.
Pouring of concrete accessway.
Service install for length of accessway.
Various upgrades to stormwater run-off including overland and subsurface drainage.
All works required for client to finalise the subdivision including preparation and lodgement of documentation to Shoalhaven City Council.
