Albatross Aviation Technology Park – Stage 5

The scope of works included:

• Site establishment.
• Implementation of management plans including WHSMP, CEMP incl. ESCP, QMP and TPMP.
• Erosion and sediment control installation and maintenance including sediment basin and overflow weirs.
• Service locating and survey set-out.
• Clearing and grubbing of vegetation including working in conjunction with Shoalhaven City Council’s wildlife officer to implement fauna protection and tree removal protocols.
• Environmental surveys and reporting prior to clearing works. Preservation of HBT’s and relocation of animals in accordance with wildlife procedures. Working with and around endangered species.
• Bulk earthworks including excavation and shaping of overland drainage channels.
• Pavement construction for road and taxiways including subgrade remediation works, primer seal and asphalt. Pascall Group constructed approximately 500m of roadways and 360m of taxiways.
• Concrete works including kerb and guttering.
• Service installation and commissioning including complete water, stormwater, sewer, electrical and communications.
• Liaising with client and design team to work through design related changes.
• Landscaping and site restoration.
• NER certification of works through MI Engineers.
