The scope of works included:

• Demolition works including concrete removal and rock hammering.
• Large scale cut to fill operation completed under Level 1 geotechnical supervision.
• Detailed earthworks and piling for foundations and structures.
• Pavement construction. Pascall Group constructed the carpark using both concrete and asphalt pavements. Pascall Group were also engaged to complete the major realignment and upgrade to Narang Road and an accessway for Endeavour Energy. Pavement construction works included subgrade remediation, pavement design, primer seal and asphalting works.
• Installation of a new stormwater network for internal and external areas. Included construction of an OSD tank and installation of a stormwater filtration system.
• Installation of guardrail, signage, linemarking and other street furniture under S138 consent through Shoalhaven City Council.
• All external works complete under live traffic control, maintaining access for the public and local businesses at all times.
• Minor concrete works packages (kerb and guttering, retaining walls)
• Landscaping and site restoration.
