Pascall Group was engaged by Reitsma to undertake various works at Illawarra Toyota’s service centre located in Albion Park as part of a refurbishment to the site.

Scope

The scope of works included:

  • Internal plumbing and fitout.
  • Civil stormwater upgrades to carpark including laying new lines and installation of new pits.
  • Construction of new carpark including pavement construction, kerb and guttering and minor concrete works.
  • Spray sealing and asphalting.
  • Linemarking and signage.
  • All works were completed whilst maintaining full access for customers and employees to minimise any disruptions to the businesses operations.
