 The scope of works included:

• Internal Civil Works
  • Bulk earthworks to shape site.
  • Detailed excavations and foundations works for structures.
  • Screw piling of shopping centre.
  • High level environmental controls. Site was a contaminated site and waste contamination cells were installed to contain contaminated materials.
  • Construction of a 286 space carpark. Included concreting, asphalting, signage, linemarking and street furniture installation.
  • Pedestrian footpaths.
  • Construction of loading bay and ‘click and collect’ area.
  • Installation of a civil stormwater network including OSD tanks.
  • Landscaping.
• External Roadworks – Package 1 – Cambewarra Road
  • All works completed whilst keeping traffic flowing and limiting disruptions to the public.
  • Realignment and widening of Cambewarra Road including extensive subgrade remediation works and pavement investigations.
  • Construction of roundabout to aid traffic flow entering into the shopping centre.
  • Kerb and guttering.
  • Modifications to stormwater drainage including subsoil drainage installation.
  • All works completed under S138 consent with Shoalhaven City Council acting as certifier for these works.
• External Roadworks – Package 2 – Princes Highway
  • All works completed in accordance with TfNSW construction guidelines and whilst maintaining full access to traffic travelling on the Princes Highway.
  • Construction of additional slip lane using semi-rigid pavements.
  • Modifications to stormwater drainage.
  • Concreting of traffic islands.
  • TfNSW acting as certifier for this work package.
